How Much Does it Cost to Appeal?
For property tax appeals, iTax works on a contingency basis. In other words, no reduction = no fee. If we do not obtain a reduction in your property taxes, then you do not have to pay us. Note that there is a nominal administrative fee starting at $79.00 to cover the County’s filing fee (which varies by County) and case preparation costs. For other property tax needs (homestead and portability assistance, property tax consultation, etc,) we will usually charge on an hourly, or per job fee. Please call for further details.
